Supplements & herbology · Telehealth for men · Canada & USA
Supplements shouldn’t be guesswork. Build a structured, personalized plan.
Most supplement stacks are put together from trends, labels and hunches. For men with low energy and drive, including symptoms that overlap with low testosterone and andropause, we help you build a clear, written protocol: what to take, in what order, alongside food, and checked against your medications. Your plan supports energy, drive, sleep and recovery, built around your history, labs and goals, with clear dosing, quality sourcing, timing and check-ins. It builds on our low testosterone and andropause approach.
Free and private.
Why random stacks tend to fall short
Most supplement routines start from a trend, a friend or a label. That can leave you with a cupboard full of products, no clear way to tell what is helping, and no one checking how they fit with your medications.
Dose
Label doses, or double the label, without knowing whether you need it or how your body handles it.
Overlap
Several products can contain the same ingredient, and some ingredients interact with each other or with medication.
Order
Starting everything in the same week makes it impossible to tell what is doing what, or what is causing a side effect.
Food
Sleep, meals, training and stress shape how you feel too, so we build them into your plan.
A structured plan makes the process clear and easy to review.
What your structured plan includes
A structured, personalized plan to support energy, drive, sleep and recovery, built around your history, labs and goals, with clear dosing, quality sourcing, timing and regular check-ins.
Intake first
Your history, diet, sleep, stress, medications, conditions and what you’ve already tried.
Foundations before add-ons
Food, sleep and training come first. Supplements, where they make sense, are added one layer at a time.
One change at a time
New products are added gradually, each with a reason, a review point and a way to judge whether to continue.
A written order
What to take, when, and with or away from food, so there is no guessing.
Herbs only where they fit
With a clear reason and a set duration. More on herbology below.
Check-ins that keep it on track
We review how you feel on a set schedule, keep what is worth keeping and adjust the rest. We also walk you through which blood tests are worth asking about.
Herbology, used with care
Herbal traditions, including Ayurveda and Western herbalism, have been used for centuries. Herbs contain active compounds, so we choose them for a clear reason, check them against your medications and conditions, and use them for a set period before reviewing.
Where it may fit
When your history, symptoms and preferences point to a particular herb and it has been checked against your medications. For a set period, then reviewed.
What we ask first
Your medications, conditions, allergies, any planned surgery, and whether you plan to have children.
What we build instead
Simple, well-sourced products with a clear reason and a stated amount for every ingredient, in place of kitchen-sink blends.
Your medications and conditions, checked first
Before anything is added, we ask what you already take, so your plan fits your medications, conditions and goals.
What we ask about
- Prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
- Other supplements and herbs you take.
- Conditions, allergies and planned surgery.
- Whether you plan to have children, so your plan fits.
What we do with it
- Check every product against your list before it is added.
- Add one product at a time and review how it goes at each check-in.
- Walk you through which blood tests are worth asking about.
What to look for in a product
Quality varies widely, and supplements are regulated differently from medicines. These are worth checking before you buy anything.
Independent testing
Look for a product tested by an independent third party for what is on the label and for contaminants.
Licensing and labels
In Canada, natural health products carry a Natural Product Number (NPN) on the label. In the USA, supplements are sold without FDA pre-approval, so third-party testing is the best check on the label.
A full ingredient list
Look for the amount of each ingredient, listed in full instead of a “proprietary blend”.
How it works
Four steps, all online. You decide at each one whether to continue.
- Step 1
Take the free assessment
Answer a few questions about your symptoms and routine. You’ll see which pattern they most resemble and where to look first.
- Step 2
Share your full list
On a private call, go through everything you take now, your medications and conditions, and what you have already tried.
- Step 3
Get a written order
If supplements or herbs make sense, you get a short written plan: what to take, when, with or away from food, and when to review it. Lifestyle support alongside it comes through health coaching.
- Step 4
Review and adjust
At each check-in we keep what is worth keeping and stop what isn’t.
Common questions about low testosterone
Supplements are one layer of your plan. These short answers cover what men often ask about boosters, peptides, labs and TRT, each with a link to the full answer.
See all common questionsSupplements, peptides & habits
Can I raise testosterone naturally?
Fat loss, enough sleep and staying active have the best evidence. Vitamin D and zinc help mainly when you’re low, and most “booster” ingredients have little human evidence.
Read the full answerAre peptides legal in Canada and the USA?
It depends on the peptide. Some are approved medicines sold by licensed pharmacies; many “wellness” injectables sold online are not authorized.
Read the full answerHow does sleep affect testosterone?
Testosterone rises while you sleep, so short, broken or badly timed sleep can pull it down.
Read the full answerDoes testosterone cause hair loss?
Pattern hair loss comes from DHT acting on scalp follicles your genes make sensitive, not from your blood testosterone level.

Which labs should I ask for?
A morning total testosterone, repeated if it’s low, then free T and SHBG, LH and FSH, and often estradiol, prolactin, hematocrit and PSA.
Read the full answerHow do I convert ng/dL to nmol/L?
Divide ng/dL by 28.84 to get nmol/L. The calculator also estimates free T from total T, SHBG and albumin.
Open the calculatorShould I start TRT or fix the causes first?
Confirm the low result first, look for causes second, then decide about TRT. It often isn’t either/or, and we walk you through each step.
Read the full answerWhat are the side effects of TRT?
The most common is a rise in red blood cells (hematocrit). Acne, a small PSA rise and lower sperm production are also linked, and most show up early on labs.
Read the full answerDoes TRT affect fertility?
It often lowers sperm production while you’re on it, and for many men that eases after stopping. If children are in your plans, we help you weigh the options.

What can a supplement and herbology plan do for me?
A structured plan supports energy, drive, sleep and recovery. It is built around your history, labs and goals, with clear dosing, quality sourcing, timing and regular check-ins, and it sits alongside the food, sleep and training habits that shape how you feel.
Which supplements will you recommend?
Your plan is personal. Anything we suggest depends on your history, diet, medications and conditions, and we ask about those first. We start with food, sleep and training, then add one layer at a time with a reason for each.
How do you check supplements against my medications?
Tell us everything you take, prescription and over-the-counter. We check each product against your list before it goes into your plan and add them one at a time. You can also share your plan with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do I need blood tests first?
Not to start a conversation. If blood tests would help, we walk you through which ones to ask about and what the results mean for your plan.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
People respond differently, so part of your plan is agreeing how you’ll judge whether something is worth continuing. We review it with you at every check-in and keep what is worth keeping.
Is it fully online, and where do you work with men?
Yes. Odin Health Labs is telehealth only and serves men across Canada and the USA. Everything happens by secure video, phone and message, so there are no clinic visits. See our low testosterone and andropause overview for how the service works, or read our Privacy Policy for how we protect your information.
